The payment should be made prior to project start. You will receive the results of hits on the article and report of book markings. As a bonus one will place the article’s and client’s anchor text in forums signature which will help the site’s ranking on search engines. Then one will ping them and create RSS.

I can certainly index all these links within 24 hours however this will look unnatural in the eye of search engines. This is why we will let these links to be processed naturally.
